Maadhavi Sriram has 22 years of overall experience, out of which of 18 years of experience is in e-Governance.
As a Mechanical Engineer interested in systems management and efficiency, she pursued a post-graduate diploma in information technology and Chief Information Officer (CIO) training at IIM, Ahmadabad.
She is a PMP (Project Management Professional) certified Project Manager, an Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), and has certifications in Introduction to CMMI for Development V1.3 from SEI, Direct Trainer Skills, and Design of Training from the Department of Personnel and Training, Government of India.
She started her career with APSTRTC as a Manager and seven years later she joined Centre for Good Governance (CGG) as a Project Manager in 2007. In CGG, she worked in various positions and on diverse-complex projects/government schemes and programs and is presently the Director (eGovernance Division). In CGG, she has been a forerunner of several important projects during critical junctures, where she lent time-sensitive support and creative leadership to address the crisis and subsequently overhauled the project.
In terms of her key accomplishments, she conceptualized and delivered several critical e-Governance projects for the State of Telangana, other state governments and GoI. Her work spans multiple sectors such as Education, Municipal administration, Housing, Recruitment Boards and Welfare departments.
She has strong expertise in Project Conceptualization, Design, Process Re-engineering and Establishment of new processes for improving the efficiency of the project’s implementation. Her capacity to understand existing processes and address client priorities has resulted in many successful collaborations and longstanding client relationships.
She has handled about 50 major e-Governance state level projects and has worked on Projects/PoCs using varied technologies such as COBOL, Unix, Java, .Net, Blockchain, Tableau, DevOps, etc.
